Cancellation Policy

To cancel classes, the “Member” or “Buyer” must obtain a withdrawal form and submit to Street Kings by email at least two (2) weeks prior to the next billing date. Once the withdrawal form is received, your June payment / Last Months deposit will be kept to cover the next billing date.

If an account is cancelled, any and all remaining balances must be paid in full within 30 days. The “Member” and/or “Buyer” further agrees that failure on his/her part to take advantage of the privileges of membership shall not relieve the “Member” and/or “Buyer” from liability for any dues owing. The dues will continue automatically on a month by month basis until written cancellation is received and the agreement is bought out accordingly.

NON-PERFORMING & HOME STAGE
In the event that the “Member” and/or “Buyer” wishes to cancel his/her class enrollment, he/she shall give two full weeks notice written notice prior to the 1st of the next month. The final months (June) deposit will be reallocated to your final billing date, which is the month after the withdrawal form has been submitted.

LOCAL STAGE
In the event that the “Member” and/or “Buyer” wishes to cancel his/her “Local Stage” enrollment after December 01 of the calendar year, he/she shall give thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation of this agreement to “Street Kings”. Upon receipt of the said written notice, the “Member” and/or “Buyer’ has the right to buy out the unused portion of the membership agreement at the rate of one half (50%) of the monthly dues multiplied by the remaining months of the agreement term. The last month tuition (June) may not be reallocated to a different month.

WORLD STAGE & “ROBOKIDZ” After School Program
In the event that the “Member” and/or “Buyer” wishes to cancel his/her “World Stage” or “ROBOKIDZ After School Program” enrollment after October 01 of the calendar year, he/she shall give thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation of this agreement to “Street Kings”. Upon receipt of the said written notice, the “Member” and/or “Buyer’ has the right to buy out the unused portion of the membership agreement at the rate of one half (50%) of the monthly dues multiplied by the remaining months of the agreement term. The “Member” and/or “Buyer” agrees that he/she may not cancel his/her membership while his/her dues are in arrears. The last month tuition (June) may not be reallocated to a different month.

CAMPS, SUMMER CLASSES, PRO-D DAYS & BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Cancellations with two weeks notice will be credited to the account less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice are non-refundable.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All payments received are non-transferable.

It may also include details of the products and services we provide to you as well as the status of your enrollment. We only collect information directly from our students or their parents/guardians for the primary purpose of providing services and products to you and to administer and manage invoicing and/or debt collection.

We may occasionally use your information to directly promote and market information which we consider may be of interest to you, unless you contact us and/or expressly tell us not to do so.

We will never sell or pass on any of your information to third parties unless required by government authorities or in the necessary event of debt recovery. Any information passed on will be done with appropriate privacy and confidentiality protection.

Information is stored securely in either paper or electronic form and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
