Ikue Ueno

Hi, my name is Ikue! I love to dance because of the joy that it brings. In my class, you will learn discipline and freedom, while having a safe space to express yourself!

I’ve been dancing for almost two decades, and my most memorable accomplishment, was having been able to perform at the centre stage of Vancouver Olympics 2010 closing ceremony in front of about 3 billion viewers! My parents were so proud of me watching me on TV from Japan! That is when they finally approved of me as a professional dancer.

My inspiration: Everything I see, hear and smell!
