I’m very excited to be a part of Street Kings! In my program, we will be focusing on the fundamentals of breaking and the history of hip hop. I believe in teaching students on how to freestyle which in return they will have a deeper understand of themselves and the culture of dance.

We’ll break the elements into 4 sections

1.) Top rock/Go downs

2.) Footwork/back rocks

3.) Freeze/condition

4.) Power moves

At the end of each class, we will apply what we learned and put it into the cypher.

By the end of the term, each class will have an exam on the moves/vocabulary they have learned in class. I recommend students bring a pen and notebook to write and takes notes.
