Hip Hop – Grooving

Hip Hop Grooving is a non-choreography class that teaches you basic movements of hip hop and rhythm, without the intricacy of choreography. This class is amazing for beginners but also good for those who want a more free flowing class with less structured movements. There will be a lot of follow along with the teacher, and you will definitely sweat!

Brief History:

Hip-hop dance refers to street styles primarily performed to hip hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. Like hip-hop music, hip-hop social dancing continues to change as new songs are released and new dances are created to accompany them. The style was originally known as Breakdance, and has evolved to many forms such as New School, Old School, and more.
